Revert Reach is an intelligent faith-conscious company. Revert Reach is open to all users, including born Muslims, seekers, companions, mentors, volunteers, and community members who align with the platform's values and guidelines.

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to access Revert Reach. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your information as needed
• Safeguard your login credentials and account access

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3 Identity and Role Verification

Certain roles (e.g., mentors, companions, moderators) may require additional verification, onboarding, or training. You agree to comply with any verification processes required to maintain access to these roles.

3. User Conduct and Platform Standards

By using Revert Reach, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful, ethical, and aligned with Islamic values and the platform's mission.

3.1 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, shame, or intimidate other users
• Engage in romantic, flirtatious, or sexually suggestive interactions
• Use the platform for dating, matchmaking, or personal relationships
• Engage in aggressive proselytization, coercion, or ideological pressure
• Share explicit, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Share personal contact information (e.g., phone numbers, private social media) outside permitted platform features
• Use the platform for unlawful, exploitative, or commercial purposes without authorization

3.2 Respectful Engagement

Users are expected to communicate with adab (proper conduct), patience, and good faith. Differences of opinion should be handled respectfully and without judgment.

4. Community Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Mentors and Companions

Mentors and companions agree to:

• Uphold confidentiality and privacy
• Act within the scope of their training and role
• Avoid dependency-building, authority abuse, or emotional manipulation
• Refer users to qualified professionals when issues exceed their role

Violations of ethical conduct may result in immediate removal from the role and platform.

4.2 Community Safety

Revert Reach reserves the right to monitor interactions to ensure safety, compliance, and quality of service, while respecting user privacy and applicable laws.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

5.1 User Content

You retain full ownership of any content you submit, post, or create on Revert Reach, including journals, reflections, messages, and feedback ("User Content").

5.2 Platform License

By using the Services, you grant Revert Reach a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use your User Content solely for the following purposes:

• Operating, maintaining, and improving the platform
• Providing support and functionality to you and other users
• Conducting internal analytics and research using anonymized or aggregated data

5.3 Marketing and Publication

Revert Reach will never use identifiable User Content for marketing, testimonials, publications, or external communications without your explicit, written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, designs, trademarks, logos, curricula, and software (excluding User Content) are the property of Revert Reach or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit platform materials without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Not Professional Advice

Revert Reach does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or clinical services. Religious guidance offered through the platform is for educational and supportive purposes only and does not constitute official fatwa-level rulings unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for seeking qualified professionals for medical, mental health, legal, or specialized religious matters.

7.2 No Guarantees

Revert Reach is a support and facilitation tool. We do not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, or personal outcomes from use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revert Reach is not liable for:

• Actions or advice of other users, mentors, or companions
• Decisions made based on platform interactions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of Revert Reach is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using the Services, you consent to data practices described therein.

9. Suspension and Termination

Revert Reach reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or community guidelines
• Engage in conduct that threatens user safety or platform integrity
• Misuse the platform or misrepresent your role

You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions of these Terms will survive, including content ownership, disclaimers, and governing law.
